Enhancing Utility Operations with Events

BEACON® is previewing a powerful new feature called Events that lets utilities efficiently manage and monitor their services. Operational efficiency, quick issue resolution, and data-driven decision-making comes alive for all cellular customers. With these capabilities, utilities can optimize their resource allocation and ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of services to their customers.

The new Events tab encompasses three sub-pages:

• The Catalog page provides utilities with a comprehensive view of all events, allowing users to easily manage and track events, including statuses and descriptions. With the ability to filter and sort events, utilities can efficiently navigate the catalog and focus on the events requiring immediate attention.
• The Explore page, features a powerful tool to search for active and ended events. It allows users to apply filter logic to search results, enabling them to narrow down their focus and find specific events based on various parameters such as serial numbers, location IDs, meter IDs, and customer names
• The Dashboard page, includes dedicated dashboard capabilities that enable utilities to visualize trends and compare results
